Every year, there are new and evolving home design fads that should “scare” you to death. Last year, there were moss-covered accent walls (gasp!), acrylic furniture (shriek!) and Tuscan-style kitchens (yelp!). This year, it’s the “cloffice”—a pandemic-era closet-turned-office—and many others.

“Moss walls” are great! So many positives. Not only more oxygen, less polluted air but sound adsorption.
But yeah, those top sinks are just weird and tile countertops are germ farms. Both are hard to clean and keep clean.
Finally, Pocket Doors + but Sliding Panel Doors -. Panel doors literally waste space and don’t do many of the things we have a right to expect from a “door.”
Last year’s list was better, especially those terrible sliding barn doors.
IMO, undermount sink is not cleaner than top mount as most people probably don’t keep clean what they can’t see.
Agents need to burn those teepees used to stage kid’s rooms.
