Zillow Forecast 2021

Thoughts:

1. I can’t remember any prognosticator predicting double-digit appreciation before.
2. There will be areas who will have higher than 10.3% appreciation in 2021.
3. Zillow has guts to put it out there. They could have played it safer. Do they know something?
4. They are forecasting that our appreciation rate will be around 11% – stand by for impact!
