Worried that your kids who have to share a room might suffer?

I shared a bedroom with my brother until I went off to college, and never thought anything of it. But these days every kid seems to deserve their own bedroom – but not every house is equipped.

Here are a couple of ways to minimize the conflicts!

Is the 2nd picture depicting a way to have 6 kids share one room, dormitory style? If so, that’s not a CA standard 10′ x 12′ secondary bedroom.

My 2 boys and 2 girls share 2 separate bedrooms. Our house dating to 1974 has slightly larger than the current CA standard forsmall bedrooms. The smallest one, that the boys share (although they think their room is bigger than the girls) is 13′ x 17′ so there’s enough room for a twin bed and an old office desk along one wall.

Hahaha! I love that there is a sample of a bunk room from a luxury home ?

Just come shoot a picture of my girls room – they don’t have a closet, but they each have a bed! 1st world sacrifices I tell ya!
