We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. Or if you don’t run out of buyers, you may get buyers that refuse to pay asking price for an over-priced turkey. The lure right now seems to be that lots of folks are thinking of buying today so that they can sell it in 1-2 years for double the money.
Like this one house I’m watching in PQ. It sold last year in the mid 500s and 1 year 6 months later they’re selling it in the mid 600s and they didn’t do a thing to it! Just increased the price by 100k!
