The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. A: Because it’s worth the moolah! Quality lasts and cheap doesn’t. I’ll take less square footage for better quality. Just bought a new-construction 1,940SF home on 4/15. Details are exquisite right down to the heavy, chrome towel hooks that retail for $25 each.
There’s only six stellar builders on my approved, personal list. A lot of “slam bam” contractors out there in real estate land. You might drool over their “lipstick on a pig” building techniques the first few months, but there’s a reason I’ve seen a few in my old neighborhood sell less than two years: the lipstick smeared entirely off very quickly and all they were left with was the pig.
It took nearly a year for me to find the perfect home for me. The first Q I’d ask: “Who’s the builder?”
