    So funny, 4 years later, I still remembered that video you did in Chula Vista.

    By the way, one of the houses in the video (373 Bryan, at the 1:43 mark in the montage) that had gone for 1.6 mil in nov 2006 was back on the market last year, listed for 655k, and finally sold this summer after … 14 months on the market. Ouch.
