   A Probate sale is when someone passes away and doesn’t have a will? Who gets the money on the sale of the property in this case?

   Are you kidding me?! The zany stuff is why I come back on daily basis! The videos are both informative and entertaining. Don’t get too serious on us.

   You’re close, but that is a ’69 Ghia. The giveaway are the tail lights. I had a ’71 cherry red Ghia in high school; the tail lights from ’70 and later were larger and more square.

   I loved that car; it was a great surf mobile.

   If that is your listing, JtR, I’d rip out that wall between the kitchen & family room ASAP. Huge difference dirt cheap. Tell me you hadn’t already been considering it?

   I like the zany stuff…if I wanted dry videos I would just watch Video walk-thoughs from builders.
