In your opinion is the demand for one-level really that much stronger than for two-level houses? How much more do you think are people actually willing to pay for the same sq footage and quality on a one-level?

I would buy that house in a heartbeat if I was in the market looking. Great design and the hardwood floors are a major asset over cold, ugly tile. They don’t build houses like that anymore. Houses built in last 10 years are ugly monstrosities IMO. Just needs some tweaks to update.
