The house is actually pretty nice. Looks like some nice upgrades and nice hardware throughout.
The privacy in the backyard is fixable for sure. I would rather have that backyard than be backed up to a road or have power lines everywhere.
Get some trees planted up on that slope that will hide the windows of the neighbors. You could also do a partially enclosed patio enclosure. I could live there.
