6 years on the market, cmon man. wont people think there is something wrong with a house that has been for sale for so long and run the other way?
Give them credit – at least they haven’t cancelled and re-inputted every month like some agents. This listing has been on since July, and though it’s not up for rent on the MLS, they should give up soon. They have a big payment.
