There are 293 houses for sale under $1 million, but there is a typo on the video – their list prices are averaging $342/sf:

This house looks like the owner wanted to have their own version of the Playboy mansion. Shouldn’t this house be considered worthy of tear down? The layout is just bizarre.
When you put the list price up at the end, Jim, all I did was shake my head! Seriously, I guess everyone does think their house is worth at least $1 mil. I pegged the listing at $799K because it’s just one unending project after another…
