They filmed last season’s MTV Real World just around the corner on Chelsea St. The MTV house is currently for rent @ $50k a month (per zillow). Bird Rock ain’t cheap.

Funny when you zoomed in on the “view” of the pole and transformer.

I understand it’s all about location, but that place needs some work. At the very least they should have repaired the biological discoloration and that window.
