Close enough for both of you – send me your address and I’ll send you a t-shirt!
It was from John Doe’s first solo album, Meet John Doe – first song, ‘Let’s Get Mad’.
At the beginning of the water heater video, do you remember me showing the X poster when we had them play at CSUF? I was the concert producer for the A.S., and had arranged for Miller Beer to sponsor our events so we had extra money for bigger bands.
Ocean front view, then to your left you get a lovely view of “the stack”.
That place is overpriced by at least 200K.

For $900,000 I would rather get something nice in Italy.

I lived on Chinquapin across the tracks 2 blocks east for 5 years and dug that hood and walk to the beach/sand bar, beach cruiser ride into downtown. Beach = noisier just about everywhere in SOCA. Part of SOCA living is seeing and hearing what you want to see. Some people see surf, sun and fun, others see road, traffic and poweplant
I like the view, but that is some serious road noise….I like the condos that are off the 101, but overlook the lagoon and then the ocean.
Nice vacation condo though.
Also, the video of the house on Sunset in Encinitas? Pending, according to the sign. That’s your frenzy meter of the month!
That would be X.
Where do people get 900k for a condo?
he about under 2003 sale price, too noisy for a vacation home for me
Was that the knitters?
looks like it is holding value fairly well.
I wonder how many times people that live in s cal actually go to the beach per year?
I’m out.

Here’s what John had to say about it:
