That roof on that house in back looked very unstable. Looked like rolled roofing and poor rafter construction.
I imagine you would need dual pane windows at least to deal with all the noise?
Should be a fun show when that roof next door finally caves in.

Renting to college students can be a pain but on the flip side there’s always college students to rent to.
One of the key features this properties has that renters will like is off street parking. When I lived in PB I refused to rent anywhere that didn’t have assigned parking. (Parking lets you charge more in rent.)
