When traffic is bad through Del Mar, I will detour through the hills. I have passed by that house many times even before it was remodeled. I love that house. Beautiful. Do the stairs going down from the main level go to the garage or the master bedroom?
Nice Del Mar house. And Norv Turner would be your neighbor. He lives about a football field away on 13th St.
Sort of cool seeing the Del Mar houses. I use to walk by them all the time going surfing down at 11th and 15th streets. Still, I’d be careful being too close to the beach with the train noise. Its a tricky area to get the right place.
