yea that ny guy is one of the more open minded christians, isn’t he?
personally, it wouldn’t matter to me if it was a christian, islam, or jewish house of worship. they would all have equivalent pros and cons to me.
It’s not the Mosque that’s the problem…it’s the fact that it’s a big building close to the house. And the bathroom is a let-down.
Is this the same neighborhood where the lady did the fraudulent short-sale and your clients didn’t buy the house they wanted?
To me, the cheap flooring really sours the experience. Even the darker wood downstairs had end-seam lifting (not because it was distressed). Maybe get a 20K reduction to visit Jim’s friendly flooring dealer.
