You are right that the floor plan needs to be fixed. I would consolidate away at least 3 of those little rooms down that long hallway.
I believe that would be a perfect house for wealthy snowbirds, though. If I were a wealthy snowbird I’d buy it and fix it.

Any chance you’ll be allowed inside the Crick house? Their photos weren’t that good in depicting scale.
BTW, all those ultrawide-angle photos on real estate websites are nauseating. Hate getting there and the “guest suite” is nothing more than a closet with a window in it – but shooting it with a 10mm lense makes it look like the ballroom. Thanks
