We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. This has to be a joke…some of the photos are terrible.
Tom is a true craftsman with a passion for building and design.I hope his margins are good. I’m not sure I understand the philosophy of spending so much time and effort on a couple of homes here and there. Why not buy two at auction and accept lower margins and make the same return with a 90 day exit? The amount of time and energy on extensive rehabs is physically draining. He must be hoping for a larger than avg margin. Truly a labor of love.
