    $5mm for seawall/oceanfront on that little strip in LJ Shores seems like a great buy if you have that kind of money. Very low supply of oceanfront in that micro market.

    How long will banks continue to suspend disbelief? This is a study in human psychology in many ways. If that la jolla place is offered at 499 I might consider it :p hah!
