More ppl should consider San Diego:
• Most underrated city in the world
• Ton of smart talent (w/ ucsd, usd, sdsu)
• Access to Mexico-TJ borders
• 8th most largest city in US
• Solid food, music, art scene
• Great beaches everywhere
What else am I missing?
“Hi Kevin, I wanted to check in to see if you were interested in selling your property”
Do this 50 times a day, work under a superstar broker, sound normal, and be prepared to provide great market info.
You’re a millionaire in a few years.
Haha, a blast from the past from our favorite polo player.
Still quite pricey especially for a foreclosure. Nicely upgraded.
Nice place , if it had a ocean View it would be worth it,
seems a little pricy to me.
Poway has more sports celebs than you’d even guess. Theres a large number that have houses but only live in them during the off season.
Poway/RB is also really good if you have kids because there’s a large number of 55+ community’s. They pay taxes but don’t have kids. The result is schools with $$$ and smaller class sizes.
There are some awesome homes in this community. Love the Canary Island palms. Magnificent specimens. Too bad about the dead one in front of this one. Handy with a knife, would make a great totem pole.
Nice house and hood. We looked hard at Poway but ended up deciding against it because of the heat. It is not uncommon for there to be a 20 degree temperature difference between Poway and Mission Hills.
I’m in love with that home! It’s way too big for my family, and I couldn’t afford it anyway, but I sure do like it. I have no issues with living in Poway.
would someone buying this house really be mowing their own yard?
