Nice to see the third floor in that chapel-like home. But although it might look like a decent home office, there are two potential problems with it especially if you plan to have a computer in there.
1 – Roof leaks,
2 – Heat build-up.
In both cases, those could kill a computer. And in the first case, the computer doesn’t even need to be powered up to be ruined. I almost learned that the hard way a few years ago, at 6 AM on a New Year’s Day.
This is why whenever I look for a home or office in a tower, I always avoid the top floor.
