This went pending after five DOM – it’d be nice if there were moreĀ of these for sale!

I was thinking upwards of 1.25M for this one all-in. Nice amount of land and a Californio Rancho that could be properly aged in a Clif May sort-of way. The only detractor is the flatness of the common area ceilings.

Thats a good find, but remember, you have to be mentally prepared for the O’Hainish folk looking down on you until you throw another 1M at it to get it up to the standards of the hood. Then maybel the neighbors start to acknowledge you and let their kids come over and play!

Maybe that’s why the previous owner handed back the key to the bank – no kids in the neighborhood wanted to play with their kids.

Nice nice nice nice hood. House is meh, but sweet yard and neighborhood, someone got a great deal.
What a wonderful place to raise kids.

Cool setting! Nice street too….a hidden gem, really. And it’s gated….so nice & private & quiet.
Although….wildfire concerns? Looks like that backs RIGHT up to open space.
What that give any of you guys pause?

Hmm, thought 1.1 initially (maybe sold price?) but then REO-wise took it back below a mil.
Looks good. Secluded, easy living there. Also looks like there are horse trails in that general area…nice.
