The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. You’re just a horsepower guy!
I was thinking upwards of 1.25M for this one all-in. Nice amount of land and a Californio Rancho that could be properly aged in a Clif May sort-of way. The only detractor is the flatness of the common area ceilings.
Thats a good find, but remember, you have to be mentally prepared for the O’Hainish folk looking down on you until you throw another 1M at it to get it up to the standards of the hood. Then maybel the neighbors start to acknowledge you and let their kids come over and play!
Maybe that’s why the previous owner handed back the key to the bank – no kids in the neighborhood wanted to play with their kids.
