Wow – have never seen carpet like that. Looks like the biggest braided throw rug ever. Loved your comments about the shower…but if you drop something in it, how on earth do you bend over to pick it up?

@Kathy – That’s the candy striped carpet look from the 50’s and 60’s. It probably lasted this long because it’s high quality wool carpet.
Sure is a little shower, but people were thinner 50 years ago.
