Definitely one for the neighborhood exhibitionist.

Poor owner of that house…try getting that sold without a major discount…

BTW, a creative person could create a huge waterfall backsplash around the back of the pool to prevent line of sight view and to muffle the sound. Still, I wouldn’t touch it.

    More and better hedges?

    Jim,

How come builders don’t think of this sort of thing? I wonder how many buyers came through that house and said, “that’s it, I’m not buying”….when they saw the backyard.

It seems like nobody would really buy it.

Then again, “there’s nothing price won’t fix!”

No biggie to me and way more private than the beach. Maybe it will give the new owners pause prior to super-sizing that next bag of fries.

Tract Subdivision Production Builder Living.(TSPBL) at it’s best.

I was looking at a place to buy last weekend and ended up walking out with no offer placed because the master bedroom and balcony was right above the community pool. Everyone lounging pool side could look into the master bedroom.

    Very uncomfortable feeling.

This house will sell to an exhibitionist couple, no problem and no discount, maybe even a premium.

We had exhibitionist neighbors and it is a very weird experience. The hadno curtains in their house, and refused to even cover the bathroom window that visible from our child’s bedroom.

These people crave houses like this one.
