The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. Yeah, it got my attention, and it’s different, but those two “classy” Australians would be the last ones I’d call to represent me in one of the most important financial decisions of my life (ie selling or buying a home).
Give me JtR in real estate land– a REAL classy guy with REAL experience (25+ years) and knowledge to back up his comments with integrity to the max. No wonder the LA Times called Jim “the Hunter S. Thompson of Real Estate”. I thank my lucky stars that I saw that article online nearly two years ago.
I doubt I’d be a brand-new homeowner here in Potato Land without Jim’s advice and counsel. He gained no commission on my home purchase since it was out of CA, but still was a trusted advisor. And yeah, I kid him that I’m a bubbleinfo groupie, but there’s no better real estate blog (or videos) out there. Just my two cents…
