The video files got cleaned out, so hopefully this is the last collection of clips from the cutting room floor.  Some new, some old, all worthless – sorry:

Nothing like 30 steps from parking to the front door in a 55+ community…design is classic planning.

‘I <3 my wifey' graffiti/dental-floss king of Montana/classic chariots: this was truly the comedy reel, but where were the ice-cream trucks?

    Worthless? Keep ’em coming, Jim!

I love these….you still have the one where you filmed the train at your open house going by at 2MPH….I was trying to be quiet, but it was one of the funniest things I’ve see. An open house that JTR is putting on….only to have a freight train rolling by at what must have been 5MPH or so.

I felt bad for you that day! Bad timing on that train….haha. Any solid offers?

Great site overall. Lots of good info and actually pretty entertaining. I do have to say you should go easy on some of these folks who are foreclosing. You don’t know their situation and what it has taken for them to come to terms with what they have to do. The lady you speak of shouldn’t have to wear a frowny face for you. She might be crying herself to sleep at night….no one really knows.

I guess this is more of an overall commentary on how some people are treating those who have fallen on hard times. Yes it might be their fault and maybe just shitty luck but the point is you don’t know and frankly it doesn’t matter. Buying a house is a business decision and some times it doesn’t work out. Businesses do what they have to do and individuals do what they have to do.

The Geezerville rant – my favorite Jim clip of all time. “My parents instilled in me… an ambition.”
