I’m almost scared to watch the video, but I’ll give it a shot.
It is amazing to think we could use our down payment to buy a home in cash on 2/3 of an acre with palm trees. It does need a lot of work but that is pretty appealing.

tear up the black top and replace with a gravel drive
and install solar panes to go off the grid. Then work with the city to
fix any permit issues.
