I thought the owner was supposed to get a notarized document stating he paid $1.5 million for the property, implying that he was forced by market conditions to sell it at a steep discount to activate buyer greed?? His broker should be ostracized by his peers.

Thats a kitchen and bath for a $100,000 house, not $1,000,000!

I think you are being harsh on this guy, Jim. If I had the money I would buy it and live in it as is. I would make improvements, finances permitting, along they way, but calling it a clear teardown seems a bit extreme. At least to me, this is clearly better than any of the “nicer” houses in CV.
Every bubbleinfo post uploads on the twitter account automatically, plus Jim adds extra articles of general real estate interest. If you are analytical and prefer maximum data, read the twitter account (you don't have to "follow" to read it). If you are only concerned about buying and selling in SD North County and how Jim can help you, stay right here at bubbleinfo - in fact, subscribe so the new posts come to you automatically.
