   Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday that the average rate on the 30-year fixed mortgage dipped to 3.88 percent this week, down from the old record of 3.89 percent one week ago.

   The average on the 15-year fixed mortgage ticked up to 3.17 percent from 3.16 percent, which was also a record low. Records for mortgage rates date back to the 1950s.

   Mortgage rates tend to track the yield on the 10-year Treasury note, which fell below 1.9 percent this week.

   My 5 year old would love that hello kitty camaro.

   I’d love you to someday put a guy on who specializes in removing pools and in ground hottubs and find out what to look for and what it should cost for typical problems.

   I see so many pools that need to be ripped out. What a waste.

   One day you’ll get that green flash in the video – or maybe it just doesn’t capture?

   That silver 550 Maranello in the village is one of the prettiest cars ever designed…a daily driver that is affordable these days. Twelve cylinders and a leather interior. Nice.
