Very nice condo! You should show what amenities come with that $308 HOA fee.
It has 2 pools, many parks, a rec center that can be rented out for parties. Overall, much greenery and open park areas. Great place for kids and dogs. Also, security carts drive through multiple times a day by all of the condominiums. I’m not the owner, but I used to live in this complex. 🙂
