Home buyers are concerned about getting a suitable home for their pets, and it’s understandable – pets are part of the family.  But those dogs and cats may be more adaptable than you think.  How do I know?

And here I thought you were going to be all serious, JtR! You made good points but I’m still chuckling…

Saver’s Tip: When you go to the car wash, take your dog!

When the car is attached to the conveyor belt, simply put him on the hood, and tell him to “stay.” Follow him and the car along in the viewing area, repeating the command, to help him maintain his confidence.

For the price of a carwash, you get a sparkling car and the cleanest dog in town.

Caution: Don’t do the hot wax. It’s a ripoff, and dogs hate it.

Dogs are easy to keep happy, now Cats on the other hand…

Who the heck brings a dog to an open house? I thought it was the younger generations that did selfish/entitled things like this! What if the homeowers have a serious allergy?

Jim, did you let him walk around with the dog?

I like dogs and have my own too, but you should not assume you can take it anywhere you please.

Ugh! That was supposed to be “homeowners”.

    New to LA:

“I thought it was the younger generations that did selfish/entitled things like this!”

Hear hear! How could people from the “ME” generation behave in such a self-indulgent manner? I almost flipped my house when I watched that video!!
