That Master should had been in the back…weird house design. Tile selection is non-standard too; 949 tops.

Why doesn’t your website have a “Remember Me” feature so we don’t have to enter our credentials each time? I don’t think I have my cookies turned off.

Lazy flip. I don’t know how you fix the floor plan, but it would be money better spent that what they did. Is it just me, or is the tile work and color schemes just horrible. I guess if you go with that look you can trick people to think the low end materials are really high end? Who knows. They’ll get out ok because of the view, but think it was because of the upgrades and will press on with more follys. Of course, IMHO.

Flipping at that price range, the flipper has one extremely powerful advantage in closing the sale: a high school graduate wife, at least 15 years younger than her husband, saying, “We need a new house! All my friends have a new house! When they visit for lunch, I’m embarrassed! I want this house… NOW!”
