The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. 5 bedrooms in 2300^2 ft overkill for sure. Do you think travertine adds a lot of value to home compared to regular tile?
I’m still curious what a new builder has to pay in fees for each new house it builds in san diego county. I’m guessing close to 100k per house. This would include EIR costs, building fees etc. Any idea ?
I live in this area and know a couple of people with this model house. Most of them have removed the wall between the family room and the downstairs bedroom making a nice big family room. It’s a relatively easy modification. A few have also altered the kitchen. Both mods make for a pretty nice downstairs.
