Saw your quotes in the NCT today/Zach Fox article. 10-20 offers on all the low end listings/REO’s is really surprising to me. Either I’m really conservative as an investor or just totaling missing the train here to be a low end landlord. Which is it?

I saw that there are 6 houses going up for auction this week on Sapphire Drive listed on that site. Holy smoke. I thought they were duplicates but the home sizes are different. Are my old lady eyes seeing things?
