The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. I’d hazard that any proceeds from a sale would’ve been confiscated by the court, thus the seller’s lack of concern about recovering his investment. If that was the circumstance then the court itself would’ve been remiss in allowing that much money to slip away.

Do you know if you can put in a vanishing edge pool over the canyon there? I assume the property lines run down the canyon a bit.
That would be the way to go if you want a pool….and a vanishing edge would look great looking over Box Canyon!
