I would buy something like this in a second if I was still looking for a house. The prices in this part of La Costa are really starting to look attractive to me. In fact attractive enough to make us consider moving back up north.

Wow – that house could be killer with some upgrades to the kitchen and baths. Love the wood ceilings and brick – adds really charm. Nice price too.

Now if I could only find a wife willing to do the dishes so as to enjoy the wonderful view!

Love the wood ceilings. For the older folks, like my in-laws, this is something that would influence them to sell the two story and move down. However, they may hesitate at the amount of yard that will need to be maintained. Sure they would hire cheap labor to maintain the grounds, but it is no small matter to those living on fixed incomes.

Wow, two twin beds in the master. I thought that was only on TV. And that’s with the great view for the wife!

Thanks for that one Jim. Nice original house. It brings back fond memories of 1980 when I had a girlfriend that lived at the end of Urubu Street. She had a very similar view and I’ve always thought about getting back to that neighborhood (if you know what I mean) 😛
