Will be an amazing house when updated. *Love* all the wood beam ceilings, which are quite expensive to do and will give the home an expensive look once the old and outdated is removed. Nice.
If I did not know where you were at I would think you were touring a home in Vista. The early 80’s must have been very good to many people as there are so many large custom homes all over north SD county from this era (including my old mansion we just sold). Location is nice, throw a few hundred thousand at it and party on!
