Awesome views & fabulous yard. Not sure I’d want to take on both the city AND the coastal commission to build out two dwellings. If I had $4M, I’dprobably just upgrade the heck out of it.
I say tear it down and build something new. And while you’re at it, put up a big wall between 101 and the house. It’s nice how you couldn’t hear the road once the doors were shut.
That lot would make a spectacular location for a spectacular house. I really like the ones next to the one you did a video on.
