The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. Your listing has an ocean view too right? We lived down the street when we rented and we had an ocean view too. Great ocean breezes. We could also see (not hear) the fireworks that Legoland puts on.
They could always make that fireplace in a half-moon shape, and make that big room seem like an actual room. But then you are sinking money for no return.
