I would be concerned about these properties being more like a short term rental given the state of the bluffs and the difficulties people have in getting permission for seawalls and reinforcements. In other words, after spending the money, what is the life of the investment? A bad winter storm could virtually eliminate your equity. Gorgeous view though.
