There were some pretty nice touches in this place, including the master bath, open feel to the great room, even an outdoor shower on the side of the house. But some real misses too like the cheap floors, and the mater closets (hope you don’t own may clothes cause the’re not gonna fit). But the real miss is the price… That’s way too much for that neighborhood!

It is always easier to negotiate a price down rather than up. That is why one hires an estate agent or realtor.
Every bubbleinfo post uploads on the twitter account automatically, plus Jim adds extra articles of general real estate interest. If you are analytical and prefer maximum data, read the twitter account (you don't have to "follow" to read it). If you are only concerned about buying and selling in SD North County and how Jim can help you, stay right here at bubbleinfo - in fact, subscribe so the new posts come to you automatically.
