A slight uptick in the inventory count in the last week – today’s sellers aren’t quitters!

If the election noise starts to settle down, today might be the best day of the year to get a deal!

    More sellers going into November and going into an election is very odd. Usually this is the time of year everyone pulls their listing only to return around the superbowl.

    Althpugh I’ve never really understood why people pull their listings in Socal in winter. In other places it makes sense because of rain and snow. But out here none of that applies.
