Last year’s frenzy was crazy because of the volume – there were enough listings to drive sales higher than usual.  This year we don’t have as many listings, and it is driving the pricing to astonishing heights:

The median sales price is 42% higher than it was last April.

    The median sales price increased 31% YoY in 2021.

    And we tacked on another 42% over the last 12 months too? WOW!

    Did you know that I was good friends with Rich Romanello who was Sly’s first manager? Their first gigs were at Rich’s club in the Bay Area and took off from there!
