This is where we have been blessed to live since the 90’s.
Change is good & bad. Many ugly single stories need to be updated.
Yet, the Village/Barrio architectural design standards developed over decades are not being followed.
This allows too many 4 story McBoxes to rise up haphazardly in our “Village” during this low interest/$1-2M condo period of development.
Fortunately on State St they are creating an artistic area akin to desirable Leucadia, Cedros District or DM Village – which is still a Village – unlike LJ & now CBad.
