I just finished polishing a rental. Four star hotel pristine. Took a lot of work but I am also getting 40% more than I was getting last month after a 12 day clean and show gap. It isn’t just purchases but all housing.
Side note. My agent charged a reasonable 1/2 month rent to vet. Near every other agent wanted 2/3rds. Or more. He got a fair wage. They got a black mark.
