How do you even possibly handle 20 offers in one day without screwing up?
I don’t know how she handled it here but most agents would ignore the lowest half, and respond to only the highest 3-5 offers. After all, aren’t they the most serious?
I would counter-offer all 20 offers. Nobody knows how much any of them might pay.
