I continue to believe Q4 was the bottom of the real estate market.
We continue to see more foot traffic at open houses and multiple offers. With mortgage rates now at a 2 month low, I’m optimistic we’re going to see a healthy spring market.
Sources close to the DSG have notified us that San Diego Padres Superstar Juan Soto has purchased a house in a gated community in Coronado.
To us, it seems like something someone who wants to spend the rest of their lives in San Diego would do.
Extension coming soon?
These are not properties nor living spaces. These are trophies. I have no interest in trophy stuff. I feel sorry for those who do.
Jim, (in another lifetime,) I lived at #16–from 1975-1981.. Back then we called it Tajiguas Ranch. I, and maybe 100 other souls (yep, we were hippies) knew it was heaven on earth. “Tajiguas Beach” was right across Highway 101 which bordered the entrance. If you could get across the highway unscathed (there was a median), a private secluded beach awaited.
Of all the places, I’ve lived Tajiguas was my second favorite. President Ronald Reagan’s “western White House” was next to it. I’d love to read the FBI reports about us now.
