Interesting. Watched the whole thing. The “money” vagueness concerned me but that was a decent job on the MB Transit shell. The V6 turbo diesel 4WD is a real adventure vehicle. Tow a small enclosed trailer with toys and travel any/everywhere.Still. Not the lifestyle for everyone.
Still I’m thinking my driveway queen, an ’06 R500 is the luxo ride and the $80k not spent on the Sprinter pays for a lot of hotel rooms. Except in SD where the car parking costs more overnight than the room. Staying at Hotel Del Coronado earlier this year they wanted $70 overnight. Closer was the beachfront for free. Yes, there is still free parking on the beach in California. Then in August we parked the day before the Red Sox game and after the Red ox game they just waved us out with the rest of the game attendees. We like San Diego.
