My vacancy in 92397 got signed today. Tons of inquiries but they all thought they had time. Gone now and nothing closein the price range.
I mention this because the homes for sale in 92397 must be listed by amateurs. 1.5-3-% reductions. If it wasn’t getting interest at $250k then $246k won’t do anything but insult serious buyers.
